MCMINNVILLE - Genevieve M Paull, 95, died on January 5, 2009, at the Life Care Center McMinnville, OR. She was born on February 2, 1913 to Francis Joseph and Helen Kirk Casey, in Benson, MN. She went to school and worked in Helena, MT where she met Thomas G Paull. They married July 3, 1930. The family moved to WY in 1950, first living in Cody then moving to Casper. After the death of Thomas in April, 1961, she lived for some time in OH and CA and then returned to Casper where she worked as a Bailiff for the District Court until her retirement at the age of 72. She also worked on occasion, if needed, in Federal Court. She moved to McMinnville, OR in 1992. Before losing her eye sight to macular degeneration, she was an avid reader, loved to crochet and completed the daily crossword puzzle everyday. She would go for walks almost every day no matter the weather. She loved cooking and making candles. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas; sons, Roger and Keith; great grandson, Travis; three brothers; six sisters.
She is survived by sons, John Paull of St. George, UT, Michael Paull of Amity, OR; daughter, Patty Lovelace of McMinnville, OR; 12 grand children; 22 great-grandchildren; 9 great, great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m, on Monday, January 12, 2009, at the Chapel of Macy & Son. Father David Janes will be officiating. Interment will be at the Highland Cemetery in Casper, WY. Memorial Contributions can be made to St. John's Orphanage in Fargo, ND, c/o Macy and Son Funeral Directors.
