Hartzel Eugene "Gene" Warren

Information sent to T.Mason on 3 Sep 2007 by Kathi L. Flynn. "(He actually died in the ambulance between Remote and Roseburg, Oregon, of complications from Diabetes and Emphysema.) He had 7 Children. One by Karen (his first wife) who was named Laura). The other 6 by Iva (Gentry) Warren. They are Robert, Nita, Kenneth, June’, (pronounced Junae) Tonia and Everett. He has numerous grandchildren."


James Orville Warren

Information from Kati L. Flynn to T.Mason on 11 Aug 2007. "Uncle Jim served in the military too. He and my father drove trucks to Alaska. I have a photo of them standing behind one of the trailer houses they hauled up there. He married first Willa Fern, and had Jerry, Larry, and Vicki. He married next Aunt Aleta and had David. His third wife was Irene, and had no children with her, but she had two children from a previous marriage, Kathy and Mark. (not sure of the spelling for Kathy.) Uncle Jim adopted his step-grandson, Dennis, who was Kathy's son. Kathy had serious heart problems and died young."


Tennie Bell Warren

Information from Kati L. Flynn to T.Mason on 11 Aug 2007. "Aunt Tennie trained dogs for the Boise Police Department. Tennie married Ab Stepp and had 4 children: 3 daughters and a son. They are: Maxine, Elzada, Helen and Mike. She died in Boise, Idaho at her home in August of 1998"

Information from Kati L. Flynn to T.Mason on 3 Sep 2007. "Aunt Lee (Leola) married Richard Jones and had Dick and Patty. She married Edwin Clarence Wertz and had Steven. She and Ed wrote the “Handbook of Gemstone Carving” which is still in print and available on the internet. Aunt Lee and Aunt Vi used to sing on the radio when they were young. They were the "Sweethearts of the Ozarks"."
