In the 1850 census Lydia gives her birth date as 1782. In the Massachusetts Death records at:

Marriage to Sarah Winslow: (2) Sarah. (4,5) 16 Dec 1810. (5) Fall River, Bristol Co., MA. Intention published 21 Nov 1810 in Troy. He of Westport, she of Troy. (NOTE: Westport, Bristol Co., MA. (8) Fall River was incorporated from part of Freetown in 1803. The name was changed to Troy in 1804, then changed back to Fall River in 1834.

- (9) 1811: Isaac Borden, builder of many of Bristol, RI's finest early 19th century houses, erected a 2-story, 5-bay Federal house for himself at 159 High Street. The arched entrance design with a molded key block, supported by engaged Doric columns, became his trademark and was repeated on 259 Hope Street and 843 Hope Street. By 1903 a 2-story ell was added on the northwest, serving as Dr. Oswald Siegel's office; a breezeway and garage were added to the ell on the southwest in the mid-1940's. The iron fence and grillwork remain intact.
- (2) 1850, 20 Aug: Was a carpenter. Value of real estate owned $4,400. Living in Bristol, RI adjacent to the households of Rebecca Smith and James Smith.
- (1) Was a widower at his death.

Source 2 says that wife Lucy died 1779, and a marriage is recorded to Julane in 1780. His children b. after 1779 could not then be of his wife Lucy. The town clerk evidently recorded all his children from Lucy and Julane at the same time, as of Luther and Lucy.) (9) Age 70 years 10 days at death, 12 Jul 1857 (b. 2 Jul 1787), Fall River, MA.
